EQUITY FINANCINGS

Phoenix has extensive experience in doing equity financings, primarily for early-stage or mid-stage companies. The size of the financing generally ranges between $2 million and $10 million. Because of the amount of due diligence involved in doing these transactions, our focus is on companies in the Northeast.

The fees involved vary according to the size of the transaction, but range between 5% and 10% of the total amount raised. Depending on the project, Phoenix may accept a portion of its fee in the form of client common stock.
